New Mountain Ventures is a personal leadership development firm led by a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, experienced educators, and accomplished facilitators. We help emerging leaders put the “entrepreneurial mindset” into practice in life and work.

Today’s emerging leaders are no longer choosing between a successful career and a fulfilling personal life, but rather choosing to integrate all aspects of their lives. To this end, we work with groups of emerging leaders in a facilitated process to help them formulate an “entrepreneurial life plan” that guides them toward creating extraordinary lives and careers of purpose, service, and significance.
