The inner circle with the four points is a compass reflecting the need for clear direction. The mountain is Mt.Rainier, an active volcano that rises majestically in the Pacific Northwest. It is a true “new mountain” and serves as a reminder of how the world around us is active, ever-changing, and often challenging—yet an inspiration to adapt and persist through the challenges to climb to ever-greater heights. The green and blue color scheme reflects the global nature of our community. The reflection on the water encourages the occasional pause to take stock of where we are. The shining star is our guiding light—inspiring us all to live with drive and direction and in accordance with our purpose and values.
