NMV's supports clients in the following areas:
- Creating a culture of entrepreneurial leadership
- Exploring, evaluating, prioritizing, and planning expansion into new markets or service offerings/ business lines
- Developing and retaining a strong pipeline and network of entrepreneurial talent
- Focused work on introducing the "entrepreneurial mindset" into learning institutions such as executive education programs, universities, and K-12 school systems
To build entrepreneurial leadership capacity within organizations and emerging leaders, NMV employs an experiential learning process. Participants engage in an individualized learning path, reflecting on how the core tenets of entrepreneurship can be applied to many facets of life. In our programs, participants have the opportunity to:
- Create an individualized Entrepreneurial Life PlanŠ (ELP)
- Work in teams to conceive a joint vision/ solution employing breakthrough innovation
- Develop goals and strategies to achieve desired outcomes
- Identify inherent risks and create a risk-mitigation plan
- Identify the resources required to launch and sustain the work
The goals of this work are to cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset, boost opportunity recognition and innovation, and facilitate team-building in a facilitated leadership environment.
